Cancellations

You may cancel your reservations free of charge up to three weeks before your scheduled arrival date. Please notify us of any cancellations in writing. If your booking has been confirmed or if you cancel within the three-week period before your scheduled arrival date, and if the room is not booked by another guest, we will charge the price per day. The same applies to late check-ins or premature departures. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance for such cases.  The German Hotel Regulations (DEHOGA) apply.

Travel Insurance

We know how much your vacation means to you – you look forward to it all year. Taking out a travel cancellation insurance is therefore recommended and you’ll be covered all the way until you begin your vacation.
