Check-in and check-out:

The rooms are ready for arrival at 2:00 pm.
Please phone to let us know if you are arriving later that 6:00 pm.
Check-out should be before 11:00 am on the day of departure.

Cancellations and early departures:

In case of cancellation, please notify us immediately in writing. For confirmed bookings, we reserve the right to charge 80% of the nightly fee, if we cannot rent the room to anyone else. In the event of an early departure, the amount of the entire booking must be paid immediately. Reimbursement is only possible if the room can be rented out again. We recommend cancellation insurance. Dogs are only accepted with prior consultation and are neither allowed in the breakfast room, nor in the spa area. The rules and regulations of the German Hotel and Restaurant Association (DEHOGA) apply.
